가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률 제24조(조정조서의 작성과 그 효력)

①협의회는 조정사항에 대하여 조정이 성립된 경우 조정에 참가한 위원과 분쟁당사자가 기명날인하거나 서명한 조정조서를 작성한다. <개정 2016.3.29, 2018.4.17>

②협의회는 분쟁당사자가 조정절차를 개시하기 전에 조정사항을 스스로 조정하고 조정조서의 작성을 요구하는 경우에는 그 조정조서를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2016.3.29>

③ 분쟁당사자는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조정에서 합의된 사항을 이행하여야 하고, 이행결과를 공정거래위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.31>

④ 공정거래위원회는 조정절차 개시 전에 시정조치 등의 처분을 하지 아니한 분쟁조정사항에 대하여 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 합의가 이루어지고, 그 합의된 사항을 이행한 경우에는 제33조제1항에 따른 시정조치 및 제34조제1항에 따른 시정권고를 하지 아니한다. <신설 2018.12.31, 2023.6.20>
