① 가맹본부는 가맹희망자나 가맹점사업자에게 정보를 제공함에 있어서 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2013.8.13>

⑤ 제3항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 가맹본부는 가맹계약을 체결할 때 가맹희망자에게 대통령령으로 정하는 예상매출액의 범위 및 그 산출 근거를 서면(이하 "예상매출액 산정서"라 한다)으로 제공하여야 한다. <신설 2013.8.13>
