가사소송법 제30조(관할)

다음 각 호의 소는 양부모 중 1명의 보통재판적이 있는 곳의 가정법원의 전속관할로 하고, 양부모가 모두 사망한 경우에는 그중 1명의 마지막 주소지의 가정법원의 전속관할로 한다.
