가상자산 이용자 보호 등에 관한 법률 제20조(몰수ㆍ추징)

① 제19조제1항 각 호 및 제2항 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 해당 행위를 하여 취득한 재산은 몰수하며, 몰수할 수 없는 경우에는 그 가액을 추징한다.

(1) Property프^r라퍼티 acquired어콰이어드 by바이 a어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 19 (1) or오 under언더 Article아터클 19 (2) through^θ쓰^r루 the^ð디 act액트 concerned컨선드 shall섈 be비 confiscated;칸^f퍼스케이티드 if이^f프 it잇 cannot캐낫 be비 confiscated,칸^f퍼스케이티드 its잇츠 value^v밸류 shall섈 be비 collected.컬렉티드

② 제19조제1항제2호부터 제4호까지 및 제2항 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 해당 행위를 위하여 제공하였거나 제공하려 한 재산은 몰수하며, 몰수할 수 없는 경우에는 그 가액을 추징한다.
