Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Protection of Victims, etc., Article 1-4 (Entrustment of Establishment and Operation of Emergency Call Centers)
법 제4조의6제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관 또는 단체"란 다음 각 호의 법인 또는 단체를 말한다. 다만, 제3호의 법인 또는 단체는 법 제4조의6제1항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따른 외국어 서비스를 제공하는 긴급전화센터의 설치ㆍ운영을 위탁하는 경우에만 해당한다. <개정 2014.7.16, 2025.10.1>
"Institutions or organizations prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 4-6 (2) of the Act means the following corporations or organizations. However, the corporations or organizations in subparagraph 3 are included only where the establishment and operation of an emergency call center providing foreign language services under the latter part of the provisions preceding the subparagraphs of Article 4-6 (1) of the Act is entrusted:
1. 「사회복지사업법」에 따른 사회복지법인
1. Social welfare corporations under the Social Welfare Services Act;
2. 「법률구조법」에 따른 법률구조법인
2. Legal aid corporations under the Legal Aid Act;
3. 가정폭력 방지 및 피해자 보호를 위한 다국어 상담 시설 및 전문인력을 갖춘 비영리법인 또는 단체 중 성평등가족부장관이 지정ㆍ고시하는 법인 또는 단체
3. Among non-profit corporations or organizations equipped with multilingual counseling facilities and specialized personnel for preventing domestic violence and protecting victims, those designated and notified by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family;
4. 그 밖에 가정폭력 방지 및 피해자 보호를 주된 업무로 하는 비영리법인 또는 단체
4. Other non-profit corporations or organizations whose main business is preventing domestic violence and protecting victims.
