가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제31조(말로 하는 신고 등)

① 말로 신고하려 할 때에는 신고인은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 사무소에 출석하여 신고서에 기재하여야 할 사항을 진술하여야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항의 경우에 신고인이 질병 또는 그 밖의 사고로 출석할 수 없는 때에는 대리인으로 하여금 신고하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 제55조, 제56조, 제61조, 제63조, 제71조 및 제74조의 신고는 그러하지 아니하다.
