가축전염병 예방법 시행령 제7조(가축사육시설의 폐쇄조치 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관계 공무원에게 제19조제5항에 따른 조치를 하게 하려는 경우에는 미리 해당 가축의 소유자등에게 문서(소유자등이 원하는 경우에는 전자문서를 포함한다)로 알려야 한다. 다만, 급박한 사유가 있으면 그러하지 아니하다.

② 법 제19조제5항에 따른 조치는 필요한 최소한의 범위에 그쳐야 한다.
