감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 시행령 제36조의3(징계 정보의 제공 방법 등)

① 협회는 제36조의2제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우 10일 이내에 신청인이 징계 정보를 열람할 수 있게 해야 한다.

② 협회는 제1항에 따라 징계 정보를 열람하게 한 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 감정평가사에게 그 사실을 알려야 한다.

(2) When웬 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 has해즈 enabled에네이블드 inspection인스펙션 of어^v브 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 information인^f퍼메이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), it잇 shall섈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 certified서터^f파이드 appraiser어프^r레이저 of어^v브 that^ð댓 fact.^f팩트

③ 법 제39조의2제3항에 따른 제공 대상 정보는 제36조제2항에 따라 관보에 공고하는 사항으로서 신청일부터 역산하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간까지 공고된 정보로 한다.

④ 협회는 제36조의2제1항에 따라 열람을 신청한 자에게 열람에 드는 비용을 부담하게 할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 may메이 have해^v브 a어 person퍼슨 who후 applied어플라이드 for^f포 inspection인스펙션 under언더 Article아터클 36-2 (1) bear베어 the^ð더 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 inspection.인스펙션

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 징계 정보의 열람에 필요한 세부사항은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
