감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 시행령 제40조(위원장의 직무)

① 감정평가관리ㆍ징계위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2022.1.21>

② 위원장은 감정평가관리ㆍ징계위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. <개정 2022.1.21>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Appraisal어프^r레이즐 Management매너지먼트 and앤드 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행하며, 위원장 및 부위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. 다만, 불가피한 사유로 위원장이 직무를 대행할 위원을 지명하지 못할 경우에는 국토교통부장관이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
