감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(시험과목 및 방법)

① 법 제14조에 따른 감정평가사시험(이하 "시험"이라 한다)의 시험과목은 별표 1과 같다.

② 제1차 시험은 선택형으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 first^f퍼스트 examination이그재머네이션 shall섈 be비 of어^v브 a어 multiple-choice멀터플-초이스 type.타이프

③ 제2차 시험은 논문형으로 하되, 기입형을 병행할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 second세큰드 examination이그재머네이션 shall섈 be비 of어^v브 an앤 essay에세이 type,타이프 but벗 a어 fill-in^f필-인 type타이프 may메이 be비 used유즈드 in인 parallel.페^r럴렐

④ 제1항에 따른 제1차 시험의 과목 중 영어 과목은 제1차 시험 응시원서 접수마감일부터 역산(逆算)하여 5년이 되는 해의 1월 1일 이후에 실시된 다른 시험기관의 시험(이하 "영어시험"이라 한다)에서 취득한 성적(제1차 시험의 시험일 전까지 발표되는 성적으로서 제11조에 따른 공고에서 정하는 방법에 따라 확인된 성적으로 한정한다)으로 시험을 대체한다. <개정 2024.8.20>

⑤ 제4항에 따른 영어시험의 종류 및 합격에 필요한 점수는 별표 2와 같다.
