개성공업지구 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(임원)

① 재단에 이사장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 shall섈 have해^v브 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 nine나인 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

② 이사장을 제외한 3명 이내의 이사는 상근(常勤)으로 한다. <개정 2024.3.19>

(2) No노우 more모 than^ð댄 three^θ쓰^r리 directors,더^r렉터즈 excluding익스클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 full-time.^f풀-타임

③ 이사장은 통일부장관이 임명한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Unification.유너^f퍼케이션

④ 이사와 감사는 이사장의 추천을 받아 통일부장관이 임명한다.

(4) Directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Unification유너^f퍼케이션 upon어판 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑤ 이사장의 임기는 3년, 이사 및 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 1년을 단위로 연임할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 and앤드 that^ð댓 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 is이즈 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 in인 units유넛츠 of어^v브 one원 year.이어

⑥ 이사의 수와 상근으로 하는 이사의 대상 및 수는 정관으로 정한다.
