개인정보 보호법 시행령 제51조의4(조정안에 대한 거부 의사 통지 등)

① 분쟁조정위원회는 법 제47조제2항에 따라 당사자에게 조정안을 제시할 때에는 같은 조 제3항에 따라 조정안을 제시받은 날부터 15일 이내에 수락 여부를 알리지 않으면 조정을 수락한 것으로 본다는 사실을 알려야 한다.

② 법 제47조제2항에 따라 조정안을 제시받은 당사자는 조정안을 거부하려는 경우에는 조정안을 제시받은 날부터 15일 이내에 인편, 등기우편 또는 전자우편의 방법으로 그 의사를 분쟁조정위원회에 알려야 한다.
