개인정보 보호법 제10조(시행계획)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 기본계획에 따라 매년 개인정보 보호를 위한 시행계획을 작성하여 보호위원회에 제출하고, 보호위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 시행하여야 한다.
