거창사건등 관련자의 명예회복에 관한 특별조치법 시행령 제10조(유족의 등록)

① 법 제7조에 따라 유족등록을 하려는 사람은 별지 제1호서식의 유족등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 실무위원회에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 실무위원회는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 유족으로 등록하려는 사람의 주민등록표 등본을 확인하여야 하며, 신청인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 이를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.11.2>

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 유족등록신청서를 접수한 실무위원회의 위원장은 보증인자격, 보증내용등에 관하여 필요한 조사를 행하고 유족등록 마감일부터 180일이내에 사망자 및 유족인지의 여부에 관한 의견을 첨부하여 심의위원회의 위원장에게 이를 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 실무위원회의 위원장이 조사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 유족회등 관련기관 또는 단체등에 의견의 진술이나 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
