거창사건등 관련자의 명예회복에 관한 특별조치법 제4조(거창사건등관련자명예회복실무위원회)

① 위원회에서 위임받은 사항을 처리하기 위하여 해당 시ㆍ도지사 소속으로 거창사건등관련자명예회복실무위원회(이하 "실무위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 실무위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 위원장은 해당 시ㆍ도지사가 되고 위원은 4명 이상의 유족 대표를 포함한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람과 공무원 중에서 위원장이 위촉하거나 임명한다.
