Act on the Promotion of Recycling of Construction Wastes, Article 35-2 (Duties of Users of Recycled Aggregate and Recycled Aggregate Recycled Products)

순환골재 및 순환골재 재활용제품을 사용하려는 자(건설공사에서 사용하려는 경우에는 발주자를 말한다)는 다음 각 호의 사항을 준수하여야 한다.
