건설폐기물의 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 제6조(배출자 등의 의무)

① 건설업자는 건설폐기물을 친환경적으로 적절하게 처리하고 재활용을 촉진하기 위하여 발주자가 요구하는 계약조건을 성실히 이행하여야 한다.

② 배출자는 건설공사를 하는 과정에서 발생한 건설폐기물을 제12조 및 제13조에 따라 분리하여 배출하고 재활용을 촉진하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.16>
