건축물관리법 시행규칙 제13조의3(해체공사 교육기관 지정신청서 등)

① 영 제23조의3제3항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "국토교통부령으로 정하는 신청서"란 별지 제7호의3서식의 해체공사 교육기관 지정신청서를 말한다.

② 영 제23조의3제4항에서 "국토교통부령으로 정하는 지정서"란 별지 제7호의4서식의 해체공사 교육기관 지정서를 말한다.

③ 법 제31조의2제2항에 따라 지정받은 해체공사 교육기관은 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 해당 호에 규정된 날까지 국토교통부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따라 해체공사 교육기관이 제출해야 하는 운영계획 및 교육운영 실적의 구체적인 내용은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
