Enforcement Decree of the Building Management Act, Article 26 (Implementation of Building Management Pilot Projects|13)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제35조제3항에 따른 건축물관리 시범사업(이하 "시범사업"이라 한다)을 실시하려면 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 시범사업 계획을 수립해야 한다.

② 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제35조제1항에 따라 건축물관리기술의 연구ㆍ개발 사업을 실시하는 기관(이하 "건축물관리기술 연구기관"이라 한다) 등의 요청에 따라 시범사업을 실시할 대상 사업 및 지역(이하 "시범대상 사업등"이라 한다)을 지정할 수 있다.
