건축법 제77조의12(경관협정과의 관계)

① 소유자등은 제77조의4에 따라 건축협정을 체결할 때 「경관법」 제19조에 따른 경관협정을 함께 체결하려는 경우에는 「경관법」 제19조제3항ㆍ제4항 및 제20조에 관한 사항을 반영하여 건축협정인가권자에게 인가를 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 인가 신청을 받은 건축협정인가권자는 건축협정에 대한 인가를 하기 전에 건축위원회의 심의를 하는 때에 「경관법」 제29조제3항에 따라 경관위원회와 공동으로 하는 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 절차를 거쳐 건축협정을 인가받은 경우에는 「경관법」 제21조에 따른 경관협정의 인가를 받은 것으로 본다.
