건축사법 시행령 제30조의9(징계위원회의 의결)

징계위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결하되, 의견이 나뉘어 출석위원 과반수의 찬성을 얻지 못한 경우에는 출석위원 과반수가 될 때까지 징계대상자에게 가장 불리한 의견에 차례로 유리한 의견을 더하여 가장 유리한 의견을 합의된 의견으로 본다.
