건축사법 시행령 제35조의3(이의신청의 처리)

① 법 제38조의11제4항 전단에 따라 이의신청하려는 사람은 이의신청서에 이의신청의 취지와 이유를 적고 필요한 자료를 첨부하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.2.11>

② 국토교통부장관은 법 제38조의11제4항 후단의 결정을 하였을 때에는 지체 없이 그 결과와 이유를 이의신청인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.2.11>
