건축사법 제35조(정관)

① 건축사협회는 정관을 작성한 때에는 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 정관을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 건축사협회의 정관에 포함되어야 할 사항과 사업 종목에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(2) Matters매터즈 to투 be비 included인클루디드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Architects아커텍츠 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 categories캐터고^r리즈 of어^v브 projects프^r라젝츠 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
