경륜ㆍ경정법 시행령 제12조(승자투표권 내용의 정정)

①구매한 승자투표권의 내용이 신청한 내용과 다른 경우 그 정정요구는 승자투표권을 구매한 사람이 그 승자투표권의 발매창구를 떠나지 않고 그 경주의 승자투표권 발매가 마감되지 않은 경우에만 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.8.11>

②제1항에 따른 정정요구가 있으면 경주사업자는 즉시 이를 정정한 승자투표권으로 바꾸어 주어야 하며, 바꾸어 줄 수 없는 경우에는 해당 승자투표권의 투표금액을 되돌려 주어야 한다.
