경륜ㆍ경정법 시행령 제19조(환급금)

① 법 제12조제1항에 따라 경주 결과를 맞힌 사람에게 내주는 환급금은 별표 2의 산출방식에 따라 산출한 금액을 각 경주 결과를 맞힌 단위 승자투표권에 고르게 나눈 금액으로 하되, 그 환급금이 과세대상이 되는 경우에는 별표 3의 산출방식에 따라 산출한 세액을 뺀 금액으로 한다. <개정 2020.8.11>

②제1항에 따른 환급금이 승자투표권의 단위 승자투표금액에 미달하면 단위 승자투표금액을 환급금으로 한다.

③법 제12조제3항에 따라 경주 결과를 맞힌 사람이 없는 경우에 지급하는 환급금은 별표 2의 산출방식에 따라 산출된 금액을 각 단위승자투표권에 고르게 나눈 금액으로 한다. <개정 2020.8.11>

④두 명 이상의 선수가 동시에 도착하여 승자가 된 경우의 환급금의 배분에 관하여는 문화체육관광부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
