Enforcement Decree of the Economic Education Support Act, Article 7 (Designation of Regional Economic Education Centers)

① 재정경제부장관은 법 제9조제1항에 따라 지역경제교육센터를 지정하려는 경우에는 공개 모집을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>

2. 법 제9조제2항에 따른 광역시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도 또는 권역의 경제교육 거점 가능성

⑦ 제5항에 따라 지정받은 지역경제교육센터는 제3항 각 호의 사항이 변경된 경우에는 재정경제부장관에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
