Regulations on Education and Training of Police Officials, Article 36 (Service Obligation)

경찰청장은 6개월 이상 위탁교육훈련을 받은 사람(위탁교육훈련 중에 복귀한 사람으로서 위탁교육훈련을 받은 기간이 6개월 이상인 사람을 포함한다)에 대하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 동안 교육훈련 분야와 관련된 직무 분야에 복무하도록 해야 한다.
