경찰공무원 임용령 제43조의3(여성 또는 남성의 선발예정인원 초과합격)

① 시험실시권자는 여성과 남성의 평등한 공무원 임용기회를 확대하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 제43조에도 불구하고 한시적으로 여성 또는 남성이 시험실시 단계별로 선발예정인원의 일정 비율 이상이 될 수 있도록 선발예정인원을 초과하여 여성 또는 남성을 합격시킬 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 여성 또는 남성을 합격시키는 경우에 그 실시대상 시험의 종류, 채용목표 비율, 합격자 결정방법, 그 밖에 시험 시행에 필요한 사항은 경찰청장이 정한다.
