Police Officials Appointment Decree, Article 46 (Measures against Persons Who Commit Misconduct)

① 경찰공무원의 신규채용시험에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 한 사람에 대해서는 해당 시험을 정지 또는 무효로 하거나 합격을 취소하고, 그 처분이 있은 날부터 5년간 이 영에 따른 시험에 응시할 수 없게 한다. <개정 2015.10.20, 2024.8.13>

③ 다른 법령에 따른 국가공무원 또는 지방공무원 임용시험에서 부정행위를 하여 해당 시험에의 응시자격이 정지된 사람은 응시자격정지 기간 중 이 영에 따른 시험에 응시할 수 없다. <개정 2017.10.17>

⑤부정행위를 한 응시자가 공무원일 경우에는 시험실시권자는 관할징계위원회에 징계의결을 요구하거나 그 공무원이 소속된 기관의 장에게 이를 요구하여야 한다. <개정 2015.10.20, 2017.10.17>
