경찰공무원 임용령 제48조(정년 연장)

①법 제30조제3항에 따른 정년 연장은 임용권자 또는 임용제청권자가 인력수급관계, 직무의 특수성, 연장대상자의 건강상태 및 직무수행능력 등을 고려하여 경찰청장이 정하는 기준에 따라 실시한다. <개정 1991.7.30, 1996.8.8, 1998.12.31, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.30, 2017.7.26, 2020.6.23, 2020.12.31>

②임용권자 또는 임용제청권자가 제1항에 따라 정년을 연장할 때에는 제3항에 따른 정년연장심사위원회의 심사를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2016.12.30>

③경찰공무원의 정년 연장에 관한 사항을 심사하게 하기 위하여 임용권자 또는 임용제청권자 소속으로 경찰공무원정년 연장심사위원회를 둔다. <개정 2016.12.30>
