경찰공무원 징계령 제14조의2(원격영상회의 방식의 활용)

① 징계위원회는 위원과 징계등 심의 대상자, 징계등 의결을 요구하거나 요구를 신청한 자, 증인, 관계인 등 이 영에 따라 회의에 출석하는 사람(이하 이 항에서 "출석자"라 한다)이 동영상과 음성이 동시에 송수신되는 장치가 갖추어진 서로 다른 장소에 출석하여 진행하는 원격영상회의 방식으로 심의ㆍ의결할 수 있다. 이 경우 징계위원회의 위원 및 출석자가 같은 회의장에 출석한 것으로 본다.

② 징계위원회는 제1항에 따라 원격영상회의 방식으로 심의ㆍ의결하는 경우 위원 및 출석자의 신상정보, 회의 내용ㆍ결과 등이 유출되지 않도록 보안에 필요한 조치를 해야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 원격영상회의의 운영에 필요한 사항은 경찰청장이 정한다.
