고압가스 안전관리법 시행령 제12조(안전관리자의 종류 및 자격 등)

① 법 제15조에 따른 안전관리자의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 안전관리 총괄자는 해당 사업자(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자) 또는 특정고압가스 사용신고시설(이하 "사용신고시설"이라 한다)을 관리하는 최상급자로 하며, 안전관리 부총괄자는 해당 사업자의 시설을 직접 관리하는 최고 책임자로 한다.
