고압가스 안전관리법 제26조의2(가스사고조사위원회)

① 산업통상부장관은 중대한 가스사고의 조사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 때에는 가스사고조사위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 가스사고조사위원회는 중대한 가스사고의 조사를 마친 때에는 사고의 재발 방지를 위한 대책을 산업통상부장관, 허가관청, 신고관청, 등록관청 또는 사용신고관청에 권고 또는 건의할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 산업통상부장관, 허가관청, 신고관청, 등록관청 또는 사용신고관청은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 제2항에 따른 가스사고조사위원회의 권고 또는 건의에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

④ 가스사고조사위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
