고용보험법 시행규칙 제50조의2(정년을 60세 이상으로 정한 사업 또는 사업장에서의 임금 감액에 따른 지원금의 신청)

① 영 제28조의2에 따라 지원금을 지급받으려는 근로자는 별지 제52호의3서식의 임금피크제 지원금 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 다음 연도 1월 말일까지(해당 연도 중에 분기별 또는 월별로 지급받으려는 경우에는 각각 매분기 또는 해당 월의 다음 달 말일까지) 소재지 관할 직업안정기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 제1호의 서류는 최초로 신청하는 경우에만 첨부한다.
