Official Information Disclosure Act, Article 10 (Methods of Requesting Information Disclosure)

① 정보의 공개를 청구하는 자(이하 "청구인"이라 한다)는 해당 정보를 보유하거나 관리하고 있는 공공기관에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 정보공개 청구서를 제출하거나 말로써 정보의 공개를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

1. 청구인의 성명ㆍ생년월일ㆍ주소 및 연락처(전화번호ㆍ전자우편주소 등을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다). 다만, 청구인이 법인 또는 단체인 경우에는 그 명칭, 대표자의 성명, 사업자등록번호 또는 이에 준하는 번호, 주된 사무소의 소재지 및 연락처를 말한다.

② 제1항에 따라 청구인이 말로써 정보의 공개를 청구할 때에는 담당 공무원 또는 담당 임직원(이하 "담당공무원등"이라 한다)의 앞에서 진술하여야 하고, 담당공무원등은 정보공개 청구조서를 작성하여 이에 청구인과 함께 기명날인하거나 서명하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 정보공개의 청구방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 국회규칙ㆍ대법원규칙ㆍ헌법재판소규칙ㆍ중앙선거관리위원회규칙 및 대통령령으로 정한다.
