공공토지의 비축에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(토지비축위원회의 운영)

① 토지비축위원회의 위원장은 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장은 토지비축위원회의 회의를 개최하려는 경우에는 회의 개최 3일 전까지 회의일시ㆍ장소 및 심의 안건을 각 위원에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 토지비축위원회의 회의는 법 제8조제2항에 따른 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Land랜드 Stockpiling스탁파일링 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 Article아터클 8 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 토지비축위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계기관의 장 또는 관계자를 출석시켜 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑤ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 토지비축위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부장관이 토지비축위원회의 의결을 거쳐 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
