공공토지의 비축에 관한 법률 제24조(사용승낙시기)

한국토지주택공사는 비축토지를 공급받는 자로부터 공급가액을 수령한 이후에 비축토지를 사용하게 하여야 한다. 다만, 토지비축위원회에서 사회기반시설 등의 조기 설치를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 미리 사용하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.12.18>
