Enforcement Decree of the Multi-Family Housing Management Act, Article 29 (Outsourced Operation of Residents' Communal Facilities)

① 관리주체는 입주자등의 이용을 방해하지 아니하는 한도에서 주민공동시설을 관리주체가 아닌 자에게 위탁하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2017.1.10>
