공무원보수규정 제33조(연봉제의 구분 및 적용대상)

연봉제의 구분 및 그 적용대상 공무원은 별표 31에 따른다. 다만, 별표 31에 규정된 공무원이 아닌 사람이 연도 중에 별표 31에 규정된 공무원으로 승진하는 경우에는(1월 1일에 승진하는 경우는 제외한다) 승진한 다음 연도부터 적용한다. <개정 2016.1.8, 2017.1.6>
