공무원보수규정 제42조(연봉 등의 계산)

① 연봉제 적용대상 공무원의 연봉은 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 신규채용, 승진, 전직, 전보, 감봉 및 그 밖의 임용에서 발령일을 기준으로 연봉월액을 일할계산하여 지급한다.

② 법령의 규정에 따라 감액된 연봉을 지급받는 사람의 연봉을 다시 감액하려는 경우(동시에 두 가지 이상의 사유로 연봉을 감액하려는 경우를 포함한다)에는 중복되는 감액기간에 대해서만 이미 감액된 연봉을 기준으로 계산한다.
