공무원수당 등에 관한 규정 제13조(위험근무수당)

공무원으로서 위험한 직무에 종사하는 사람에게는 예산의 범위에서 별표 8의 지급 구분과 별표 9의 등급별 구분에 따라 위험근무수당을 지급하되, 해당 직무의 위험성이 높은 경우에는 위험근무수당 가산금을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 군인은 별표 10의 지급대상 및 지급기준에 따라 국방부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위험근무수당을 지급하며, 군무원은 별표 10의2의 지급 구분에 따라 위험근무수당을 지급하되, 별표 10의 갑종란의 지급대상업무를 수행하는 군무원은 군인으로 보아 이에 대한 위험근무수당을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2025.1.3>
