공무원연금법 시행령 제19조(재직기간 감축사유의 통보)

법 제25조제5항에 따른 재직기간 감축사유에 해당하는 휴직ㆍ직위해제ㆍ정직 또는 강등의 처분을 한 기관의 장과 연금취급기관장이 서로 다른 경우에는 그 처분을 한 기관의 장은 지체 없이 그 사실을 연금취급기관장에게 통보하여야 한다.
