Enforcement Decree of the Public Officials Pension Act, Article 53 (Report of Loss of the Right to Retirement Survivors' Pension)

법 제57조제1항에 따라 퇴직유족연금 수급권자가 그 권리를 상실한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 사람이 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 30일 이내에 그 사실을 공단에 신고하여야 한다.
