공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제32조의4(사전교육)

① 국내훈련을 주관하는 기관의 장은 훈련을 받을 공무원에 대하여 훈련의 목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 필요하다고 인정되는 사항을 사전에 교육하여야 한다.

② 인사혁신처장은 중앙행정기관의 장이 요청하는 경우에는 법 제13조제1항에 따라 중앙행정기관의 장이 실시하는 국내훈련의 대상자에 대하여 제1항의 교육을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19>
