공무원직장협의회의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(협의회의 의무)

①협의회는 협의회규정, 협의위원명부, 회원명부 및 회의록을 관리하여야 한다.

②협의회는 대표자ㆍ협의위원 또는 협의회규정의 변경이 있는 경우에 지체없이 이를 기관장에게 통보하여야 하고, 회원의 변경이 있는 경우에는 반기별로 이를 기관장에게 통보하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 council카운슬 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 agency에이전시 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 of어^v브 any에니 change체인지 in인 the^ð더 representative,^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 council카운슬 members,멤버즈 or오 council카운슬 rules,^r룰즈 and앤드 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 agency에이전시 every에^v버^r리 half해^f프 year이어 of어^v브 any에니 change체인지 in인 members.멤버즈

③ 협의회가 해산한 때에는 그 대표자는 해산한 날부터 15일 이내에 기관장에게 통보하여야 한다. <신설 2015.6.30>
