Regulations on the Issuance of Apostilles and Headquarters Consular Confirmations for Public Documents, Article 7 (Refusal to Issue Apostilles, etc.)

① 재외동포청장 또는 법무부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 아포스티유 또는 본부영사확인서 발급을 거절할 수 있다. <개정 2023.4.5>

1. 제출한 공문서가 명백하게 거짓인 경우

2. 외국에서 발급한 문서를 첨부하는 등 제5조에 따른 발급 심사로는 공문서의 진위 여부를 확인하는 것이 불가능한 경우
