사건사무담당직원은 구속 중인 피의자에 대한 공소가 제기된 경우에는 지체 없이 별지 제173호서식의 미결수용자 기소통지부로 해당 사실을 피고인이 재소하고 있는 구치소 또는 교도소의 장에게 통지한다. <개정 2022.2.7>
