공소청사건사무규칙 제180조(피고인 또는 변호인이 보관하고 있는 서류등의 열람ㆍ등사의 요구 등)
Rules on Case Affairs of the Public Prosecution Office, Article 180 (Requests for Inspection and Copying of Documents, etc. Kept by Defendants or Defense Counsel)
① 검사는 피고인 또는 변호인에게 법 제266조의11제1항에 따라 서류등의 열람ㆍ등사 또는 서면의 교부를 요구하는 경우에는 구두 또는 서면으로 다음 각 호의 사항을 명시하여 요구하여야 한다.
(1) Where a prosecutor requests a defendant or defense counsel to permit inspection, copying, or delivery of documents of documents, etc. pursuant to Article 266-11 (1) of the Act, he or she shall make the request orally or in writing, specifying the following matters:
1. 신청 대상 서류등에 관하여 구체적으로 명시한 목록이나 내용 등
1. A list or contents, etc. specifically stating the documents, etc. subject to the application;
2. 법 제266조의11제1항제3호의 서류등의 경우 해당 서류등과 관련된 증거의 증명력 및 관련성

② 검사는 법원에 법 제266조의11제3항에 따른 신청을 할 경우 별지 제224호서식의 피고인 등이 보관 중인 서류등의 열람ㆍ등사ㆍ서면교부허용 신청서에 따른다.
(2) Where a prosecutor makes an application to the court under Article 266-11 (3) of the Act, an application for permission for inspection, copying, and delivery of documents of documents, etc. kept by a defendant, etc. in Form No. 224 shall be used.
