공소청사건사무규칙 제89조의2(압수ㆍ수색 또는 검증 영장 사본의 교부 확인)

사건사무담당직원은 사법경찰관등의 피의자에 대한 압수ㆍ수색 또는 검증 영장 집행이 있는 사건을 접수한 때에는 영장의 사본 교부 확인서 등 그 사실을 소명하는 자료의 기록 편철 여부를 확인해야 한다. 이 경우 관련 자료가 기록상 확인되지 않으면 사법경찰관등에게 보완을 요청하고 담당 검사에게 그 사실을 보고해야 한다.
