Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 70 (Request for Measures for Custody)

① 물품관리관은 법 제69조 단서에 따라 소관 물품을 지방자치단체 외의 자의 시설에 보관하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 명백히 하여 계약담당공무원에게 그 보관에 필요한 조치를 할 것을 청구하여야 한다.

1. 보관이 필요한 물품의 물품분류번호, 품명, 규격 및 수량
